  • I want to amend my order, how can I?

  • If you notice you have made a mistake regarding your order such as; size colour or wrong garment, contact us immediately. If we have not printed/dispatched your items we are always happy to make the amendments.

  • When will my item arrive?

  • Items purchased off this site will be hand delivered to the chosen place from your coach. Please ask them for further assistance where your deliveries will be left.

  • Do you offer discount on bulk orders?

  • Depending on the order quantity we do offer discounts on bulk. Please contact us for more information. info@millaco.co.uk

  • Can I return items?

  • Personalised items are non-refundable or re-turnable unless there is a fault with manufacture. Please refer to our Delivery and Returns Section for more information.

  • Do you ship to my country?

  • Yes! Happy days we ship internationally!

  • How can I pay for my items?

  • Our websites accept credit/debit cards, Paypal and Paypal Credit. Bulk orders require at least 50% of the invoice before production – rest on collection. Smaller jobs can be paid on collection with either cash or card.

  • How can our team be featured on the site?

  • We offer a ‘buy through us’ service for your customers to get your products directly from us and delivered, saving you hassle and time in-between. Pop by to visit us to get this set up.
