Vinyl
from
£4
Our vinyl process involves a plotting machine, which uses a small blade to cut the specific shape desired. It is then weeded by hand and heat pressed onto the garment. Most commonly used for adding names, numbers or sports wear as it is very cost effective and durable. Mainly it will not peel off, fade, crack or wash off. It cannot be used for more complex designs or more than 2 – 3 coloured designs. Perfect for one off jobs as there is no minimum order with fast turnarounds.
Transfers
from
£4
Our transfer machine is another form of vinyl except the design is printed onto the material first allowing more complex, colourful images. Again a small blade cuts around the design to complete the transfer which is then heat pressed onto the garment. Perfect for companies looking for slightly more cost effective garments compared to embroidery. This product is very durable and will not fade, crack or peel off. There is no minimum order for this method and it is a fast turnaround.
Embroidery
from

Set up fee £15.00
Our embroidery machines offer more luxury garments. Used mostly for sport teams and corporate wear. Ideal for breast logos and accessories, our machines can do very complex designs with up to 15 colour threads. No minimum order.
Sublimation
from
£5
Our sublimation method involves printing special inks onto carrier paper which is then placed onto the garment/product under a high heat causing the ink to turn to a gas state and become part of the material. This machine is amazing not just for clothing but also high resolution chrome panels, jigsaws, mugs and much more. It also has the ability to print the entire t-shirt/garments from seam to seam. Clothing used on this machine must be over 60% polyester and for best results white. No minimum order and quick turnaround.
